I am thinking about pre-ordering the new dlc for the game but still have two questions. Do you get the pre-oder bonus if you activate the dlc via a key bought on one of those websites and how do I see that I got the bonus? With the last question I mean something like a notification or a picture or whatever that just says that I got the pre-order bonus.

In such cases there are two separate types of Steam keys made for the DLC, those that include the pre-order bonus and those that don't. Resellers can sell either or both before the release day; some of them actually sell the non-pre-order keys before release day but call them 'pre-order' on the grounds that you are in fact pre-ordering the key ... !
Basically I'd say make sure you get a clear statement from them that they are supplying you with a pre-order key, not a non-pre-order one. And only use resellers from our authorised list

Hello everyone. I've been wondering for some time, who/what actually are the "approved re-sellers" that Paradox considers legitimate? Is there a list Paradox has made, which has all of them? If not, why? I'd think something like that would be...
