The major powers had alot going on in the era between 1936-1939 (and 1939-1947 as well for that matter) that dont have events in the game.

This is especially important for France which had a wonderous Army but a horrid political situation that made it difficult to use.

I know shortly after the game starts the Laval government collapsed and a period of political anarchy ensued which led to the election of the FP. Their should be an event that trashes the Laval government (Except the military cabinet of course) and replaces it with a "Blue Shadow" cabinet until elections restore order and either the Right or the FP takes office. Another one of these should happen later though I forget the date. Dissent should increase by 4 or 5% for all of these events and you should only get the option to keep the current government in an election by 1940. The political Chaos of the 1930's should be modelled.

Strikes, unrest, and such were relatively common in the USA and Britain during this era and should be in the game via events.

Could somebody better familiar with Europe in 30's write some events like that? I will do it if I get the time to research-though I am not familiar with the HoI event engine and the ones I wrote in EU2 were bug ridden...
