Pressure pads on checkpoint guard station sending false positive signal

I have pressure pads stacked on checkpoints, which should detect whether someone's standing where the stationed guard should be. These pads are sending a red signal regardless of whether there's someone on it or not. If I remember correctly, this worked properly before the Roundhouse update.
