I have been playing this game for quite awhile and one thing has kept nagging me. What factors have influence on the price you pay for sending out a colonist. I have noticed, thaat there are differences between the different provinces (I assume based on suitability), but are there other things that have an impact.

T.I.A.

Disance for exapmle: the farther it is, the more money it costs.

It could be, that distance plays a role. But in my current game (Fantasia, playing Ireland), it was far more expensive to settle in Wales, than in Normandie. Why is that?

By the way. Congrats on the victory in the European Songcontests. It was to exciting, but a fair fight;)

I usually just cry and pay the price. No point in wondering why, because it has to be colonized anyway. Maybe base tax value has something to do with it?

Thanks... let the worst song win! :D
