As you can see, my female baron is asking for the right to take the virginity of the serfs' daughters
This is a random event, so it can be replicated by having female barons in your demesne. Obviously, this is ahistorical (unless they are homosexual, but I doubt they'd be broadcasting that to their liege by asking for an intervention)

I think you are misinterpreting the event.

Your barons are asking for the right to Prima Noctae. Not you. You, on the other hand are being asked to give them this right.

No look like he's right, it's a baron woman that ask it (he's a Duke not a baron, look the face upleft). Well, I think they didnt implemented the event with a woman baron in mind :D

Given that the Ius Primae Noctis never really existed - it's a myth popularised by Voltaire in the 18th century - I see no reason to change the event. The idea of a woman baroness demanding the right is no more of a historical inaccuracy than having the event at all - and besides, it's funny. :)

It just as historical for a girl to be asking as anyone else. Anyway, even if we were to pretend that it was a serious event, the baron is coming to you representing the lesser barons in that provinces of whom she is an abstraction of, so you saying no is giving her the 'bad news' to pass on to her consitutients so shed still be unhappy. Whether she wants to do it or not, she has been asked by the barons she represents to goto you and see a law change on their behalf, if she fails that makes her look bad and like a weaker representive, threatening her position. So it makes sense that she would be unhappy for asking for something she wouldnt want to do personally.
