Primary title can change after the succesion

Description​

This is an issue I have encounter first time even before royal court release. If you have a multiply tittles on the same level (eg. 4 kingdoms) and more then one will be inhered by your primary heir then sometimes he ends and up having a different same rank primary title. I encountered this issue when I had disinherited couple of children and the heir was suppose to inherit a different kingdom then he did in the end. In the game attached I had encounter this issue again but this time it was my primary heir all the time, nobody got disinherited. Played as clan on the harmonious succession. This may seem like a small issue as you can change your primary title back but it couses some issues:
1) If your chancellor was integrating other tittles than the progress gets lost
2) Court amenities and court granges get completely random
3) You lose all your courtiers, they are at competently random places, including knights and accolades and even your family member too other than close family

And form role play perspective it feels strange and immersion breaking.

Steps to reproduce​

Have a couple kingdoms and many heirs, disinherit some or try to influence it until the bugs revels itself
