Primogeniture succession rule with randomly changing heir

Hi, I formed a Kingdom of Sicily and had Primogeniture succession rule so that the first son will inhert everything.

But, I got sudden message saying that I got a new heir. I thought my first son died or something but he was well alive and had no problem. My first son got the heirship back few months later.

Then, 7 yrs later, he lost his heirship again, and the 2nd son became the heir. 3 months later, the first son became the heir again.

What's going on?

It's the steam version patch 1.04

I get this too using 1.04. It's not caused by a holy war, but does possibly seem to be related to taking new territories into your dimense.

As smurphy claims, does it seem like that issue he/she's referring to?

Similar thing happened to me each time a grandson was born, though they were always heirs for one day only then it changed back.
