I've just bought the Steam versions of V2, House Divided and Heart of Darkness. I've downloaded and printed the manual for V2 from Steam. Are there printable manuals (or wikis?) for the two expansions?

The manuals are inside the game files folder in Steam/Steamapps/common/Victoria 2
