Prison Architect Crashing every few minutes

Completely reloaded game and all saves, no mods, game is crashing every few minutes. Game is producing crash dumps but can't read them. Played with settings but no idea where to start. At this point the game is unplayable so why would I purchase anything else from paradox if they can't even get the game to run.

You can find the files we are looking for at this locations:
C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect -> There is a file called "debug.txt"
and
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Prison Architect -> there are crash dump files in this format: "Crash_2020_7_8_15_55_17.dmp"
