Prison architect not launching on Epic games

Alright im getting tired of this. I tried every possible way to get this game to work and it doesn't launch at all. How can Paradox think about launching a second game when the first game doesn't function at all. I played this game a year ago and it worked fine but now it's just an absolute nightmare.

I am sorry this game does not work for you at present, but it does work in general!


I take it this game has never worked on this computer? How far does it get exactly, do you see our launcher at all? Any error show?

To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

AND DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

I figured it out. If you just delete the entire introversion folder in Appdata and restart the game it will work again.
