Prisoner not released if location of prison is occupied

Description​

If a close relative is taken as a prisoner by the enemy and imprisoned in a county that is occupied by an ally (the player?) he or she is not released. This makes no sense, because an ally would free all prisoners that are close relatives (to reduce war score).
In the screenshot/savegame Ermengarde de Bourgogne (my doughter) is imprisoned in the Barony of Tonnerre. This barony is occupied by an ally an Ermengade is still imprisoned.

Steps to reproduce​

Wage a war. If any reltive is imprisoned by the enemy and and an ally wins a siege of the county where the prisoner is imprisoned then the prisoner is not released.
