Prisoners coming for delivery with bus. Bus is continiously going without delivering prisoners. I have removed all mods but from active game not from workshop.

Hey there, I took a look. Your deliveries room is setup for the helipad. You don't actually have one for the road. Prisoners need to get off at a delivery room. I just put one down and the buses stopped normally.
Also, thank you for giving me save right before intake occurred, made it simpler
