The bus arrives and they get out and walk off the map. They still haven't fixed this game breaking issue. Still unplayable. This still happens when I have no mods and created a new prison from scratch.

I just loaded up the save, let it run and made absolutely no changes and when the prisoner was delivered the next day it worked properly.
I can only assume that something is broken in your install. Try verifying files on Steam, if that doesn't work then you'll want to do a clean install. Backup any prisons you want to keep that aren't in the cloud. Uninstall the game, delete the PA folder here: %localappdata%\introversion\Prison Architect\ Then reinstall the game.

You're right it's working now for some reason. I did verify my files but it didn't say any files needed to be replaced. It's a mystery. I did some more testing to see if loading an old save then loading the new one affected things but it still worked. I'm glad I can play again. Thanks for testing it for me.
No problem. I’m not a Dev, but I’ve been told that part of the issue is that PA wasn’t built around facilitating modding like a lot of newer games. Because of this occasionally mods, especially ones that haven’t been recently updated or interact poorly with another mod, will completely break the game. Even after you remove the mods.
