I have a number of prisoners that are stuck in the medium security yard and will not move. This is a new set; the earlier set were pulled out of limbo through a combination of sending to solitary, reassigning cells, and otherwise forcing them to move. They will not move as regime slots change or needs increase. They all have cells, they are not blocked from getting anywhere. Names include Aston Clease, Paul Tapper, and Sean Baly.
I also just wanted to say thank you for releasing yet another broken patch/expansion. This is a new issue I didn't see in the prison I was playing before this expansion with over 500 prisoners and mixed security sectors just like this one.
