Hello,
Since before the latest update, all of the faces in the game appear as a random other face. This applies to prisoners who were already in prisons at the time, as well as the faces that are in the menu for all the names in the game. The image should explain what the issue is but for another example Mark Morris has the face sprite of Oliver Massey, if that helps explain what has gone on.
