Privateers in Mp

Has anyone ever used Privateers in MP?

Never seen it happen I dont think and I'm curious to see if anyone else has used them or seen them used.

yep I use them a lot on countries that I can't reach like if I am Britain and I have an enemy ssuch as the Ottoman Empire then I use them. However, I stopped using them after I learned that they raise your bb rating.
