Is there a way to see the updates and change logs without having the server thing?

I played this mod heavily until early 2016 and want to get back into it but man, so much has changed. What happened to the Orsimer counties in the Wrothgarian mts for instance?

This is an unedited log of revision messages from early 2016 up to today. Blank lines and ---- are revisions that had no message added. Messages are totally out of context without also seeing what files and/or changes were actually made but for that you'd need an svn client. Best I can do myself, maybe someone else on the team can go into more detail on specific changes.

Really though nothing will tell you more than downloading the mod and playing it; I'd recommend getting the live dev branch (the svn) and just use that, it's updated regularly and bugs are fixed usually the same day they're reported.
