I hadn't actually bought the game yet, but I've been wanting to browse the Steam Workshop section of this game just to look at what people made already. But for some reason, it doesn't appear on the browsing list on Steam, and when I found an online link to the Steam Workshop page, this message comes up:
"The item is either marked as hidden or you do not have permission to view it."
I'm confused. Can you only access it after you bought the game?
