problem installing hoi2

I just bought HoI2 today and I couldn't install the game. When I click on the Install button from the startup screen, I get a message saying "an error occured while launching the setup. The specified module could not be found."

I have a pentium M 1.6, 512 meg, WinXP. Any help would be appreciated.
