Problem installing new mod

Dear HoI Community,

Today i noticed the new core mod was finally out Happy as i was, i deleted my old HoI install, and installed it again. In the installation phase one must then install the 1.05 patch. Now here things are going wrong.... the 1.05 patch states that: "Hearts of Iron is not installed on this computer"
Well... it IS... and it runs correctly (Version 1.00)
However, i think when applying the CORE mod to a HoI game of version 1.00 things will be going wrong later on in the game.
Has anyone experienced this "HoI not installed" problem too? With past installations i had NO PROBLEMS at all. When installing the 1.05 patch it just asked me to browse to the correct location... why doesnt it ask me that now??

I've come across this with the North American patch if HoI is not installed in the default directory (C:\Program Files\Strategy First\Hearts of Iron\). If you haven't already done so, try installing to the default directory and then if necessary just copy/move the directory where you want it after patching the game.

I already tried that, as i install the vanilla version in the standard directory (after that i paste it towards the core/stonyroad and wwI mod dirs). But now i deleted everything and started all over(because i got just too many different installs), with HoI in the standard dir. It didnt/doesnt work. I wonder why the 1.05 patch doesnt ask for the right directory.... it did before

Well i keep trying and thanks anyway
