You are installing from the CD, right, this is not a patch you are trying to install?

What is the drive letter of your CD-rom?

Did you follow the uninstall directions found in the self help sticky thread? If not please try that and then reboot and try a fresh install.

Also need to know what publisher version you have.
 
Okay I would suggest cleaning the CD, you can try some windex and a clean cloth.
It could be that you have some fingerprints or some dirt on it.

If it is scratched you will have to contact Strategy First for a replacement.
 
Well that is what the error is saying as well.

I would contact SF support and see what they say about a possible replacement.

Or if you want to double check, do you have access to another computer, say a friends that you could try and install it on.
If you get the same error than you can be pretty confident that it is a bad disk.
