Problem loading saved game 1.02 Kaiserreich 1.1

I am playing Germany in Kaiserreich.
I saved and loaded several times successfully, until July 4th, 1941.
The Autosave and Oldaustosave also do not work.

I get the following message:
Scenario fikes had errors! Check Savedebug.txt (search for 'Scenario Validation') for details.

In Savedebug, I see that many provinces has an
"...is a landprovince without owner."

I have no idea where the error is - If this is DH1.02-specific, Kaiserreich-specific or Roland-specific.

Has anyone an idea what to do? If there is no fix to rescue the savegame, I guess I will start a DH Full game (also I love Kaiserreich).

It's a problem of the Kaiserreich Mod that has not been solved as far as I know.
