I am having a problem loading my settings menu for both HoI and Victoria. I'm not sure why this is happening now, because it has never been a problem for me before. When I try to load the settings menu, the task manager says that it's up, but it never actually appears anywhere on the screen. Is there any other way I can change the resolution?
