I am playing as Spain in the GC and the year is 1527. I have annexed Naples and the Papal States and am in an alliance with Tuscany. I, along with Tuscany, am at war with Savoy, Helvetia, and France. I have an army that has taken control of Modena and Milan (Savoy provinces) and is ready to move Savoy and Nice (the last two Savoy provinces) after which I plan on annexing Savoy. I have another Army in Rome that I want to send as reinforcements to the Army in Milan, but the game won't let them pass through Tuscany's two provinces between Modena and Rome.
