If you were posting before you have at least one other account, which you are not supposed to do, one of the reasons is this situation.

Not really a given no, but a lot of people ignore the rule against multiple accounts or forget they have one and just start a new one. 
For instance the gentleman above you who swore he had never registered here before or changed his e-mail, ended up having at least 3 accounts here under different e-mails.
You can PM me any info that may help me track down your other account for you.
