Problem to select the saved game

Hello,

I installed the patch, the fix and tried to delete the history in my saved game but I still have this problem. I can't load any saved game. I can see the saved games there, but the start button is grayed out. Can someone help me please?

After selecting the savegame, you have to select the country. Then the start button will be enabled.
