Problem uninstalling 1.04

I made the mistake of downloading and installing 1.04 before 1.03. I reinstalled the game and when i get to the menu is says I'm playing version 1.00. So i then try to install 1.03 and it tells me i have a higher version already installed. I can not find the 1.04 version anywhere to uninstall. Please help.

IIRC you have to use regedit to delete the registery file.

not working. Still when i try to install 1.03 it stops and tells me i have a newer version of Victoria installed.

nevermind through further files searches i found 1.04 .
