Alright well I did what was said in the sticky post even tho I couldn't find what needs to be deleted in the installshield folder, I looked each of them one by one and couldnt find anything that has to do with Hearts of Iron. So I used CCcleaner also to try to remove it, I deleted the regestry and manually deleted everything I could find that had anything to do with hearts of Iron. By the way I had Doomsday and armaggedon installed. So what I get is once I delete everything I can and I try to install, I can access the install part unlike before doing what is in the sticky post, but when I click it the next window that loads up gives me two options; remove or repair. So I'm kind of hopeless. Thanks for your help. Oh I am using XP.

Try this and see if it helps.

Thanks a lot for the quick awnser. I did as it was said in this other post but I still couldn't reinstall the game. I decided to search once more for the folder in the installsheild folder and I finnaly found it, deleted it as said in sticky. At that point I really tought I had it but it still wouldnt work. I decided to search my computer for any files or folders I could remove for the third time, same with regestry, and it still wouldnt work. Finally, I used the regcleaner program, and went in ''uninstall'' there I found ''Doomsday'' witch I deleted. And right now, after 3 hours of searching, reading, dowloads and all, I am currently installing Doomsday and it seems to be working.

All I can say is thanks for the help and WOW, that was painfull...
