Problem with 1.2

So, trying to install the 1.2 patch. I have Armageddon but it makes the problem that the patch-installer-thingie talks about if I install the game over DD. I am very confused here.

Request additional info if needed.

It's using the default, non-Anthology path. You need to manually change it to

C:\Program Files\Paradox Interactive\Armageddon

or whatever folder your version of Armageddon is actually in.

Run the installer. When you get the option to select the destination, you need to browse to the correct folder. Just click "Browse" when you can and look for the correct folder. It works like windows explorer. The correct folder is the folder where you installed Armageddon. Select the folder and press "Ok". Then click "Next".
