At the 1941 Nation Chosing Scenario America is the only one I can chose. I can change the USA too one of the minor countries but I still can't select the other Conterimn, Axis, or Allied major powers. Any solutions? Oh, also it is my saved game on January 29, 1942.
 
This is working as designed. If you want to change who you are playing you need to either edit the save game (you can ask how in the Editing/Mod forum) or you can start a new game as the nation you want to play, then load in your save game and you should still be playing the nation you want. Hope that helps.

What is wrong with your 1.02?
 
Ususally that is a result of you trying to patch the wrong publishers patch.
Who Published your game? Eg Strategy First, Pan Vision ...
 
Now their is the HOI New Game Loading screen and no green bar passes through and you can see the mouse arrow and click it and it makes a normal clicking noise like when your in another game like SC and IMs makes a clicking noise. I can't figure it out. ALT+CTRL+Delete restarts my cop. Should I delete the patch?
 
Out of curiosity how did you get the Pan version if you live in the states?

What you need to do is completely uninstall HOI. and then reinstall and apply only the Pan Vision 1.02 patch.
 
Strategy First is the only distributer for North America.

I hope you did not get stiffed with a Warez version. Try the Pan Vision patch on a fresh install and let us know how it goes.
 
It's the same. It works completely fine without it, but not with patch. I guess I did get screwed over. Gah. Oh, well I'll see if my local Gamestop has it.:(
 
Buyer beware as they say. I am sure you will have words for that vendor if they ever come to town again. :mad:
