Problem with a scenario

I have a problem with my first scenario.

Firstly, there are "known provinces which do not exist", 5641 and 5642, and problems with double known provinces 295, 558, 739 and 744, as well as 1495 and 1592.

Which provinces are they?

double known provinces doesn't do anything. About those that doesn't exist just delete them it's so simple.
