Problem with achivement "Vladimir's Second Choise"

Description​

According to the description of the achievement, you need to start as an Asatruan character with German or Russian culture, and then change the religion in the entire Rus region to a Muslim one. The problem is that if you make a hybrid culture between Scandinavian and Russian in the process, then the achievement will not count, although it would seem that both cultures are suitable for starting.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Start as any asatru person (for convenience, let's take Rurik)
2. Create the hybrid culture between russian and scandinavian culture's
3. Done. Achivement is blocked. (but if you convert your character to original scandinavian culture, the block will be removed.
