Problem with Chapter 2 Objective: Gates & Seals

I didn't want to drop my righteous alignment so I waited around to find a rare artifact that wasn't useful.

Now I complete the objective & don't get any credit ( I close the gate that's north of london) I'm still in chapter 2.

Is there any console command etc. to mark this objective as complete & give me the rewards. Happy to email in a save game showing the issue.

I wondered if it was a time issue & I was leaving it too late in my first game (still same chapter but not in "quest order")

So I started a new game from a safe after the annoying "non skippable..." tutorial & the same thing has just occured though I tried to do the quest as early as possible. To note - there was no guardian formorian mob at the gate this time through (believe there was but I fought it, checked the quest intending to come back later first time).

I'm going to try reloading from the first time the quest pops up tonight & see if there is a formorian mob guarding this, maybe defeating that is a pre-req of the quest completion conditions.
