Following Problem:
Playing MP, I send an offer for an Alliance invalid against Germany to the Netherlands, who are in war with Germany. They accept the offer and I recieve a message stating that I have put shame on my self by declaring war on Germany, though the diplomacyscreen says that my alliance with the Netherlands is invalid against Germany.
What has happened???
