When trying to install the 1.1 patch, I get an error message telling me that HOI2 is not installed on my computer (which it of course is).
I have not moved any files around and I downloaded the patch right into the HOI2 folder.
I have the Pan Vision version and my OS is Win XP pro Sp2
 
Delete the patch, under tools - internet options - general - delete your temp internet files, now download a fresh copy of the patch and try again.
 
No, nothing changed.
