Hmmm no so if you know how to edit the file it serves best by renaming it.

You sure the files havent been mixed when installing another mod!? Anyway fun to see people still playing that mod. Hope you enjoy it

You need to run the EUunlimited that allows for playing earlier than 1492 and past 1792.
