Problem with Paradox Launcher (another)

The problem is missing all graphics and buttons in launcher. Already reinstall it several times with "Paradox Interactive" folders but it still have a place

I had the exact same Problem (at least it looks identical). It was with all Paradox games. I was able to start City Skylines this morning without any problems. After quiting I tried EU4 and suddenly this.
What worked for me: removing the paradox launcher v2 via windows (uninstall that program, not the game) and then when I restarted Steam (I did it as admin) I started EU4. The Launcher was re-installed and it worked!

Edit: I wrote too soon... The launcher downloaded an update and now I have the same problem again.

I have the same issue, every single paradox game now refuses to load as a result. done all the uninstalls, even editing the registry to remove ALL references to paradox launcher, deleted all files in all the related games referencing the launcher, including the sql file in the base directory. Restarted after doing all this, and still, this same cursed blank screen of nothing.

All my PDX Games have a blank blue launcher.

Apparently deinstalling the game doesnt help, reinstall windows neither. Windows Updates is also out, because Linux Users have also the bug.
Updating the Graphic driver is also not the solution.

Just go in the Stellaris, Hoi 4 and EU 4 subforum. Bug or Tech Report.
Many people have this bug.

Sooooooo....... I have the answer from paradox support team and it wont worked for me. Im happy to enjoy paradox games xd

We are aware of the issue that's currently affecting some customers. We're looking into it but sadly have no estimate on when it will be sorted. For now though what you could try is the following:

1. Disconnect from the internet
2. Start the launcher and sign out (if you're still signed in)
3. Reconnect and see if the launcher loads as normal (we think the issue is the account login part)

If it doesn't, then running the .exe file from the installation directory or running the game whilst offline is the current workaround until we have it fixed.

lol it worked. Just pull out your lan cabel and then start the pdx game.

As soon as you reconnect the cabel and get internet the blank launcher appears again. So the problem is really in the account login part.

You could play in offlinemode with a mod playset, which you enabled before the bug appeared.

I managed to induce my own fix, I'm not sure of what part was the fix but my steps:
1. I VPN'ed to Sweden since last time i had a bug like this was with a Japanese game and a Japanese vpn fixed it...
2. exit and reenter steam.. steam was confused for a bit, then loaded.. i tried to launch- it still failed
3. set network back to no VPN (so my home Aussie internets.)
4. Pressed play again on stellaris, noticed the buttons existed for long enough to press, pressed play without thinking
5. stellaris launched. YAY. closed stellaris to retest
6. now launcher is loading properly??

so either the vpn flip fixed, as during step 3/4 when steam loaded ALL paradox games flickered "validating" (no other game did?) on step 4 i didnt confirm the fix, because i rushed the "press button before it disappears!" which also may have been the fix?

Okay my temporary solution.
1. Start steam. 2. pull out your LAN Cabel, 3. Start your PDX Game (Offlinemode)
Do not reconnect with the internet. Now you should be able to play with your playsets you created before the bug appeared.
