So I have ASSM mod, DVIP, Pagans & muslims and No Dukes, No king all running in the latest beta, when I play the no dukes mod It crashes on Potential brides.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Maybe because the TASS (or ASSM as you say) isn't compatible with that mod.
Though I have no idea if that is related to your crash.
See if the other mods work well with a vanilla version of CK+DV+latest beta.
Oh, and by the way, the No kings no dukes mod changes the 1066_scenario_countries.txt and 1066_scenario_titles.txt
