Problem with Prefab Popup

View attachment 761928I have had this problem since the last update. I have disabled all mods and even before I start a new game I get this. I started programing in Machine Language in 1978, and have been programing ever since. I understand the problems and issues of large projects. And I am willing to help figure this out. I love this Game and am willing to do anything I can to help. Pleas let me know what I can do. Currently My Game is unplayable with this popup, it prevents other popups from displaying important information.

Is game purchase via Steam, Paradox, GOG. PC, Mac, console? etc etc

Mod Options still shows up, there might be mods still being read. Did you disable from the Mod Manager or totally unSubscribe as well?
Check in appdata/. Remove the whole Surviving Mars folder and let the game create a fresh one when you start game. Issue still exists?
