Problem with Strategic Rockets

Whenever I use strategic rockets, they usually launch but they never... well... impact. They fly over a province (even if it's usually not the one that I designate) and then they just stay there. They practically merge in with the ground and then never detonate, and then new ones never launch. Anyone else having this issue?

But so far no further feedback from @DiegoVaz about this. Can you provide a screenshot please, so we can see the issue.

Just to clarify, the rocket just south of Bristol is at its destination. The rocket sites fired at random places in Southern England. That one isn't buried in the ground like the other one, but they both are pretty much just sitting there and rotating in place.
