Hi!
Somebody help me please...
I install the DV and I continue my former game. But I see my new born son: their all skills is 0. I look into the save file and all new child born so.

e.g:
attributes = "0.0.0.0.5.9.263027088"

What is problem?

There is no problem. If you read the brief overview for DV (click 'manual' in the Gamersgate launcher), you will learn that children now start with 0 in all skills, and gain one to two skillpoints each year until they're grown up.
