Vichy: I might be wrong, but isn't Vichy supposed to be a puppet of Germany?
Since it wouldn't puppet it made me mad so I declared war and took the states with victory points within a month. Now how come I can't annex?

France: If France has no countries left nor victory points why can't I annex and take France out of the war completly?

Yugoislavia: I couldn't find the bug reporting link so this might not be a bug.
Yugoslavia is allied then drops alliance. Says I cannot declare war until May 1940. Aug 1940 comes and goes and I still can't declare war.
Now if I don't seek an alliance with Yugo and just straight up declare war... Annex and create a Croatia Croatia is allied but the units are ?/? and I cannot use any diplomatic relations with them or even control the military?
Now back to the Allied. After Yugo breaks alliance is there a trigger for war to be delared? I might be impatient and declare war too soon. I have Yugo allied around the time of Denmark/Norway trigger.

Forgot one thing. Croatia also has no Tech abilities.

These are all vanilla HoI2 issues, and nothing to do directly with CORE.

Vichy is not a puppet of Germany for game play reasons, and to keep it from being an exploit to DOW Vichy (especially as the USA).

If you can't annex France, you've missed a VP somewhere.

The Yugo alliance bug is known AFAIK, and will be fixed in the next enhancement.

The Croatia alliance issue is abit complicated, and I don't know of any solution for it ATM. Croatia should have tech teams with 1.2
