Problem

Sorry, I have a couple questions, I keep trying to start my HOI game. And the screen clicks and then it goes blank for a second, and then I recieve an error message saying the game is missing some files?

I reinstalled tried again, but it still says something is wrong when I start. It asks me to abort, retry, or ignore. And it goes through a couple files it says I'm missing.

And apparently I can't install the new patch. I put it in the game folder and it says the game isn't there? Very strange.
