Hey guys, my wife got into EU2 and now we want to multiplay. Sadly this is not possible for some reason. If I try hosting LAN game, no game shows up for either computer. I have tried connecting directly to the 192.168 ip that I have behind the router and that does´nt work either.
If we go on Valkyrienet we can both host games but no one can join the others game, the error received everytime on all occassions is: There is no game at adress.......

Does anyone know which ports need to be opened?
Could´nt seem to find a thread about it.

Hi!
This should have been posted in the mp forum, but anyway.
Do you have any firewall on? And don't connect to Internet if you're going lan. Choose lan network instead.
What router do you have?
Edit: Do you both have the same checksume?

Get hamachi (google) and you can play a "LAN" game even if one's in china, you got to have the same version and modded stuff

LAN = local area network
You must play thro the Internet if you're going to play with someone in china (if you don't live there).

Well, exactly what I meant is, that Hamachi is a "Global LAN" program which will let you select LAN and play it with someone in china, that is what Hamachi does.

Did you understand this time?

Oh I didn't know that it was a program. Sorry. :eek:o

Good. Hamachi is recommended for all that have friends playing the same game as YOU do! :)
