I'm playing HoI on my Acer Notebook (Travelmate 430) with a touchscreen mouse (newest driver version 7.2.10) under win XP:
Trying to play the game is very frustrating because the mouse pointer on the screen is moving very slowly and is "hopping" all the time - You've a very bad steering performance!
As I've had never any mouse problems with other programs/games I think that there are incompabilities between the touchscreen driver and the HoI configuration.
Last week I bought the new Microsoft optical notebook mouse with USB-connector. This mouse is using the original touchscreen driver (no new driver is installed).
Here I've the same problem, the pointer is very slow and is jumping from one place to another - so there should be no hardware problem with my touchscreen...
Is there any known solution for problems with mouse drivers?
