Problems with reinstalling EU2

Hi all!
I have a problem with reinstalling EU2.
I deleted all files of EU 2 before, the registration key also, and wanted it to then again-install. But unfortunately I can only between removing and repair to select.? Habs with both tries, but by none of the two options something changed. Point to one of you, which I must do, so that I can play EU2 again?
