Greetings, I've been modeling buildings in 3D for some time and exporting them to Cities Skylines, but I have some problem with textures. I use Cinema 4D to model and export buildings. in the asset editor all textures look good, but in the game they look bad. Attached image.

The textures I use are Normal map, Diffuse, color, lighting and specular with a resolution of 2048x2048

The picture consists in a complex of residential buildings, offices and a museum located in Caracas, Venezuela.
"Central park complex".

The problem is that the textures are blurred and the buildings look illuminated day and night

I would like to know if anyone knows exactly what happens

Can you post your illumination map? Are you using the correct colour grey for the background.?

"192 is the neutral color & mid-range between 128 and 255. 192 should be used as your Background color now, Black is no longer a viable option as it will cause outlines of illumination around your windows which doesn't look correct."
