2 days ago i played mp game with a friend. and today i try to load the game in MP but the game went to desktop.And the i try to play the same saved game in single player, but it go to the desktop too.
i reinstall the game 1 week ago and i remove the music...before that the game worked very good

It could be that the game was corrupted some how.

I have just reinstalled the game with music. I haven't play with it yet. I think that it could be the problem. Tomorrow I'm going to post a new reply.bye

Try this: You need to load your mp game as an sp game but as a different nation and try to advance the date. Heres exactly what I would do:
(BTW this assumes you can start a new game and play fine. Hopefully this problem is with that one particular save file and you can still play Hoi either by starting a new game or loading other save files.)
1) Launch HoI and when you get to the selection screen select "multiplayer game"
2) Where it says your username, click in the box where your username is displayed and type in some garbage characters (type in anything). This will make HoI think you are someone else so you can select any country you want
3) Click "back" and then select "single-player game"
4) Click on your save game file. Select any country from the flags list that is not being played by a human player (for example Nationalist China).
5) Launch the game and select "start game" to get the clock running. Let the clock advance at least 24 hours game time.
6) Re-save the game as a different file.
7) Now try and start your MP game again.
