I was in the middle of a battle when the game crashed and I got the infamous windows message.

I fought the Fomorians in East Marcia. I hid all my units in the trees near my starting point. I didn't occupy any VLs. I used my archers to eliminate most of one Creeperhound unit that came from the left side of my soldiers, but a few survived before I told my archers to attack the giants that occupied the victory location to my left (Monolith). This group of giants were all killed. Both my heroes used magic a few times throughout the battle, tough I can't remember how exactly. I started this battle so that Morgana would gain every bit of experience she could get, so I made her fight a lot and used her magical abilities as much as I could. I almost won the battle when the game crashed. Sorry, that's all I remember about the battle.
