Project - The Byzantine mod

Hello guys, I'm here to discuss a possible new mod, called the Byzantine Mod, wich is basically: the Byzantine Empire did not fall to the Ottomans such and such and then survived until the XXth century, and they are basically Bulgaria, Greece Macedonia and part of the Anatolian coast.
If I can get at least 3 people helping I might be able to start to work on it...
